University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore and Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad, announced MDCAT results for the year 2025, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to details, 47,772 candidates appeared in the MDCAT examination 2025 in Lahore. The total number of MDCAT examinations was 180.
Only 187 candidates obtained numbers from 170 to 180, while 5,955 candidates got numbers between 160 to 169.
As many as 6,693 candidates secured 150 to 159 numbers, and 42048 candidates obtained more than 50 percent numbers.
39648 candidates got more than 55 percent. Securing 55 percent marks for admission in MBBS is mandatory.
Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Medical Sciences also announced the MDCAT result of 2025.
According to the results, 69.31 percent of students qualified for admission in MBBS, as 4,086 students who obtained 55 percent marks were declared successful for admission in MBBS.
About 78 students who secured 50 percent marks became successful in admission to the MBDS. MDCAT examinations were held on October 26, 2025.
